These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DWF* Market website and mobile app (together, the "Service"), operated by DWF* Market, ቱሉ ዲምቱ, Wereda 09, Akaki Kaliti, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Placing an order is an offer to buy at the price shown at checkout. We'll confirm your order and give you an order code. Prices, product availability, and stock levels can change at any time and aren't guaranteed until an order is placed.
DWF* Market does not currently process payment in-app. After placing an order, you pay manually (for example, by bank transfer or mobile money) using the order code as a reference, then send a photo of your payment receipt through the order's chat. Your order is confirmed once we've verified that payment.
Delivery times and areas are as communicated to you at checkout or in the order chat. Risk of loss passes to you once an order has been delivered to the address you provided.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting false payment information, or using it for anything unlawful.
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, DWF* Market is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
